Rawaj Real Estate Marketing Co. in Kuwait has made a contract between Property Link Real Estate Brokers Dubai, UAE

A land in a strategic location was purchased in A'ayan Leasing and investment Co. It is located at the Fifth Community area in Cairo City across from the new American University building.
The land which is almost 12.1 yokes will be utilized as a residential project, in addition to a commercial complex.
The project will include 152 residential apartment made of one, two, and three rooms, with size ranging from 70 to 220 square meters, all of which will be available for sale.
Furthermore, the project will include around 14,000 square meters of rental commercial space that will serve as strategic revenue for the project.
